Items are dispatched from our Melbourne Warehouse and delivered by Australian Air Express during business hours Monday to Friday ONLY (excluding Public Holidays etc). If the recipient (receiver) is not at home then a slip will be left in their letterbox either for a redelivery OR for the item to be picked up at the nominated Aust Post Office.
Items purchased on Public Holiday's or Saturday or Sunday  will be processed the next business day. 
Please note Large Hampers will be sent via Economy (via Air) which will normally take 2-3 working days. 
We do not accept responsibility for late deliveries due to circumstances beyond our control.  Delivery charges are not refundable.

We take no responsibility for incorrect addresses.   If the delivery addess supplied is incorrect and items are returned, then a $20 re-delivery fee will apply ($10 for the item to be returned to us, and $10 for re-sending item to the correct address).

In most cases an order placed before 11am (on a business day) will be dispatched the same day for delivery the next business day, otherwise it will be dispatched the next business day.
