How secure are my details if I buy online? Any information collected by Surprise Me is not disclosed to outside parties. We do not sell or trade personal information to others. All customer information is protected on a secure server. We do not store any Credit Card information on our Web Site. Our site uses 128-bit SSL which is the highest encryption available. The checkout securely encrypts all payment information when a small packlock appears in the bottom right hand corner of your internet browser. -Top-
I have received a voucher with a dollar value how do I redeem it? If you have a gift voucher with a dollar value and wish to redeem it, all you need to do is purchase items upto the dollar amount and when in the checkout select 'redeem gift voucher'. You will be asked to enter your voucher number (PIN) and this amount will be subtracted from your total. If your total amount is more than the voucher amount, you will need to make a further payment to finalise order. -Top-
How long are vouchers valid for? Gift vouchers have an expiration of six months from date of purchase and must be used by the expiry date shown. -Top-
I have lost my voucher do I get a replacement? Surprise Me accepts no responsibility for lost and stolen vouchers. -Top-
Do you exchange gift hampers? We will exchange any gift hampers to the same or greater value providing the Goods have not been dispatched. We send e-mail confirmations when goods are dispatched. Once gift hampers are dispatched to our couriers, no refunds are available. -Top-
I wish to cancel my Order do I get a refund? Cancellations of orders are only refunded in Surprise Me Gift Vouchers of the same value. We send e-mail confirmations when goods are dispatched. -Top-
I have received a damaged gift hamper what do I do? All Surprise Me Gift hampers are carefully packaged to reduce the event of damage however in a rare event where damage does occur we request that you e-mail us at enquiries@surpriseme.com.au as soon as possible so we can organize the damaged goods be returned to us. We will then assess the goods and a replacement will be organized. Goods must not be consumed and must be returned in the original packaging. Melted chocolates do not warrant for a return as this is out of our control. -Top-
What is the turn around time for orders? The turn around time for orders is normally 1-2 days excluding delivery times, for bulk orders it may take upto 2-3 days before items are dispatched. This does not valid during peak times (Christmas, Easter).
However, if an urgent order is required and depending the time of year we can arrange for the goods to be dispatched the same day. (You can call us if urgency is required to process your order). -Top-
