All of the products we use are well known brands that you can trust. If under any circumstances there is an unavailability of an item in a hamper we will replace it with a similar item with equal or greater value
If you are not fully satisfied with the purchase of your hamper, return it upon receipt and will we refund you the entire amount excluding the shipping costs. Please note for a full refund the product cannot be opened.

Please ensure that when returning the gift hamper that it is registered with Australia Post. Postage costs are to be incurred by the customer/recipient.
